Welcome to my real estate website! I am a Broker Associate with Wright-Kingdom Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado. I help buyers and sellers in the Boulder County area and beyond. Most of my business comes from repeat past clients, referrals and people that I know and meet through organizations that I belong to. I've been told that I'm hardworking, conscientious, honest, detailed and patient.
I moved to Boulder in 1980 after graduating from Rice University in Houston. Like many others, I was attracted to the beauty of the Boulder area and its numerous recreational opportunities. For close to 20 years, I owned and remodeled an 1899 Victorian home next to the Newland's neighborhood in Boulder. I also bought and managed an investment property. This spurred an interest in real estate and I began my real estate career in 1999. Technical skills learned during my prior career as a software developer have helped with focusing on the details and deadlines required for each transaction.
I'm the 2008 Chairperson for the Boulder Group of the Colorado Mountain Club. My hobbies include hiking, climbing, skiing, traveling, house remodeling and gardening.
